At-least, you will be spending in the weaker currency, Indian Rupees. You convert euro to inr or Baht, it will remain almost the same!
Did you connect with any of the above 5 points? If you see yourself connecting with any points, you better cancel your plan before getting foreign exchange!
This post is not to dissuade anybody. Just issued in the interest of public. You can still visit Thailand even if you agree with all the 5 points. But, please let me know how did your trip go. :Evil smile:

I find your posts really interesting and helpful. I am planning a trip with my friends(girls) to Singapore Malaysia and Thailand either from Chennai or Kolkata and I hv a very limited budget. Flights tickets can be done. I checked online many travel websites. The package rates are very high. I love travelling and i want to see many places so I hv to cut on budget. I am not luxurious kind of person. All I want is a neat and a safe hotel with restaurant facility (Either in the city or near a beach or some other tourist attractions where we can roam around in the free time.) and sightseeing. The duration can be around 10-12days for all three countries. Pls suggest me a nice itinerary which may include nice traditional touch and city life. We are not night club ppl. Street shopping suggestions and restaurants are most preferred and if u know some budget hotels please name them.
